Delivery Charges

UK delivery charges are £2.50 up to £17 order value and are £3.95 up to £100 order value and will be sent by DHL carrier , Over £100 is free delivery sent via DHL.

Many times people telephone us to check if goods are in stock - all items on our website are in stock unless there is a note across the product to say it is out of stock - it says "sold out" in white font on a blue background.   

We have been caught out when we have ordered from other websites, you pay for your goods and then you are told it will be goodness knows how many weeks before it comes into stock.   We don't like this, we know you don't like it, and we don't do it.  

If you are wanting reassurance and just need to hear a voice then don't hesitate to call us 01943 604527 as we know that items are sometimes for special occasions and delivery is important but be assured everything is in stock unless you see the sold out banner across the product and we pack and post orders by the next working day at the latest.
